Televisions will be sold this fall in the United States. The price is still yet to be announced. Sales to other countries will start next year. Other companies have tried promotes television that is connected to the internet that in the last decade, but has not been successful.
"I've never seen this movie before," said Gartner Inc. analyst Ray Valdes about Google's ambitious plan this. "They're going through a street disampahi of similar initiatives failed."
But Google and three of his colleagues believe they have developed systems that make TV easier and more interesting Internet. They also depend on a variety of news pages to build applications that can run this Internet television. They hope to encourage more spectators to begin to interact with their television, and not just watching it.
Many homes are already connected their television to the Internet. TV connected to the Internet is estimated to amount to 19% of the total sales of flat-screen television in the U.S., this year. The possibility can rise up to 46% in 2013, according to ABI research.
